    LOCAL PICKUP

    Shopped online and want to pick up locally? Simply select pickup at Bok as a shipping method while checking out.

    Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a notification to schedule your pickup here. 

    Restocking Fee: Please note, if you fail to pick up your local pickup order within a month of ordering, we will return your payment to you minus a 40% restocking fee.

    We always suggest starting out with travel sizes, when available, to minimize your financial outlay, and to see if the products work on your skin. Skincare is never a one size fits all approach, which is why we offer travel sizes!

    How long do travel sizes last?

    Most travel sizes last for about 1-2 weeks with twice a day application, enough to tell if the product is working for you or if you are experiencing a negative reaction to it.

    To best demonstrate the effects of each product, we suggest introducing ONE into your routine every week, and start with patch testing in an inconspicuous area. 

    SHIPPING

    Domestic Shipping

    Orders placed selecting the standard shipping rate or the free shipping rate will be automatically shipped via UPS Ground. If you would like faster shipping you may choose UPS 2-Day Air.

    We no longer ship via USPS because of multiple repeated issues with the service.

    We do not ship to P.O. boxes, so please leave a street address for your order on checkout.  

    International shipping

    We ship internationally with DHL Express as it is a speedy and reliable form of shipment. You can get an estimate on arrive dates at checkout. Flat rate orders ship via DHL Express.

    Customs and Duties

    Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or packaging & postal charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country's customs to see if there are additional costs you may be responsible for.

    Additionally: unfortunately we cannot under-declare the cost of your orders or mark it as a gift for legal reasons. Depending on where you are located, this may trigger additional import duties. This occasionally happens with orders of larger value. In general this seems to happen with most orders going to Europe or the UK, orders over 200USD to Singapore and Australia, and orders occasionally over 200USD to Canada. This does not always happen though, and may be at the discretion of your customs official. 

    SINGAPORE CUSTOMERS PLEASE TAKE NOTE. Unfortunately despite our best efforts to communicate with DHL and Singapore customs, Singapore customs will assess your order for duties based on the *original* price of the products, NOT any sale prices. If you place an order, please calculate how much duty you will have to pay based on the ORIGINAL product price, not the sale price. Again, we are not responsible for any import duties, taxes and charges levied onto your order.  

    Using a third party forwarder: We will not reship damaged or missing orders if they have been mailed to a third party forwarder as we cannot control how they run their operations, and our materials are sensitive and delicate.

    Do you combine orders?

    We do not automatically combine shipping on separate orders but if you place multiple orders and would like your orders combined please email info@sabbaticalbeauty.com with your order numbers. We will try our best to combined the orders and refund the extra shipping charge in necessary.

    How soon will my order be processed and ship?

    We generally ship within 2-3 business days of your order date. Please note that if your order contains a pre-order, we wait until your order is complete before we ship (which make take 2-3 weeks). If you wish for the ready items to be shipped separately, please email info@sabbaticalbeauty.com with your order number. You will be responsible for a separate shipping charge. 

    DISCOUNT CODES

    As a matter of company policy, discount codes cannot be stacked. In addition, special batch products are generally excluded from all discount codes. Discount codes have end dates and exceptions, so please use yours before the end date.

    EMAIL COMMUNICATION

    As we are a small team, please allow an average of 3-5 business days for us to respond to your email. 

     

    CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    Each Sabbatical Beauty product has a shelf life of 12 months from date of purchase.

    Each product has been microbial tested to ensure adequate preservation before it is released for sale. Refrigerating products can extend this shelf lifetime by 6 months.

    Please note that as we use a high proportion of natural ingredients in each product, our products occasionally will look different from batch to batch, as natural extracts diverge due to the season harvested and extracted. Our products will also sometimes appear to separate or have sediment due to the presence of plant matter in the products. This is normal. If you are concerned about your product’s consistency, please email us at info@sabbaticalbeauty.com with your order number and we will help you out.

    We recommend storing all your Sabbatical products upright to prevent leakage or any loss of product.

    If you purchase any Sabbatical Beauty products in our 10ml and 50ml cream jars, please make sure to keep the plastic gasket top that comes on each to prevent any drying out in these products.

    RETURNS, REFUNDS AND DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

    Please refer to our policy here for returns, refunds and defective merchandise.

    Please allow 14-28 business days for processing all returns. Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    If a product is defective, please email us with your order number and a picture of the damaged item to info@sabbaticalbeauty.com. We will respond within 3-5 business days.
